Terms & Conditions

These terms relate to services provided by VERDURAS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED under the brand Verduras Productions.

Services and project agreement

We provide advertising and creative services, video and film production, corporate videos, digital marketing, website design and development, 2D animation, VFX and AI cinematic videos. Your accepted written quotation or project agreement specifies deliverables, revisions, dependencies, licensing, payment stages and delivery dates.

Pricing and payment

Quotations and invoice payments are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Taxes and third-party charges must be identified in the quotation or invoice. Pay only the agreed amount against an identifiable project or invoice; an arbitrary payment does not create a new service booking.

Any advance or milestone payment must be agreed in writing. Payment is confirmed only after verification with the payment provider; a browser redirect or screenshot is not proof of a completed payment.

Delivery and revisions

Services and digital deliverables are supplied according to the agreed project schedule, normally through an agreed digital delivery channel or website handover. Physical shipping is not part of these services unless expressly agreed. Delays in approvals, source material or third-party dependencies may require a revised schedule. Additional scope and revisions require agreement before extra charges are incurred.

Client materials and usage rights

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for material you supply. Ownership and usage rights for final work, source files, third-party assets and AI-assisted content must be specified in the project agreement. Do not assume all third-party licences or editable source files are included.

Cancellations, refunds and concerns
