This policy describes how VERDURAS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as Verduras Productions, handles information provided through this website and during project enquiries.

Information we receive

When you contact us, we may receive your name, email, phone number, business details, project brief, correspondence and files you choose to share. When online payments are enabled, we may also receive invoice references, payment amounts, optional notes and payment status or transaction references.

How we use information

We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver agreed services, communicate about projects, reconcile payments, resolve disputes and maintain required business and accounting records.

Payments and service providers

Online payments are not currently enabled on the payment page. When activated, payment authentication will take place through Cashfree's hosted checkout. Do not enter card details, CVVs, OTPs or UPI PINs into our website's text fields. We do not need these details to provide support.

Information may be shared with providers supporting hosting, communications, project delivery and payment processing as needed for those purposes, or where disclosure is legally required. External providers operate under their own privacy terms.

Embedded content and external links

Our showreel uses Vimeo. Visiting or playing embedded content may send technical information, including your IP address, to the provider. WhatsApp, Instagram and other external links take you to third-party services with their own policies.

Retention and security

We aim to retain information only for the project, support, accounting and legal purposes for which it is needed. Access should be limited to people who need it for their work. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests

To request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, contact verdurasproductions@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
